Its customer base includes businesses, real estate developers and investors, individuals, and municipalities. The company's loan portfolio, while diversified, is typically between half and two thirds in commercial real estate loans. The company's plan emphasizes growth, both through strategic acquisitions and organically within its existing markets. The company has one reportable segment: The Banking Segment.

Mattel manufactures and markets toy products that are sold to its wholesale partners and direct to retail customers. The company offers products for children and families, including toys for infants and preschoolers, girls and boys, youth electronics, hand-held and other games, puzzles, educational toys, media-driven products, and plush and fashion-related toys. Mattel's owned portfolio includes Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, Thomas & Friends, and American Girl.
