The Fund's investment objective is to seek an attractive risk adjusted level of total return, through current income and, secondarily, through capital appreciation. The Fund invests in a broad, dynamically managed portfolio of (i) senior secured loans, (ii) corporate bonds, (iii) other fixed-income instruments, and (iv) securities issued by entities commonly referred to as collateralized loan obligations and other asset-backed securities.
