Gulfport Energy Corp is an independent natural gas-weighted exploration and production company focused on the exploration, acquisition, and production of natural gas, crude oil, and natural gas liquids, with assets predominantly located in the Appalachia and Anadarko basins in the United States. Its principal properties are located in eastern Ohio, targeting the Utica and Marcellus, and in central Oklahoma, targeting the SCOOP Woodford and Springer formations.

About AD Array Digital Infrastructure Inc.

Array Digital Infrastructure, formerly US Cellular, sold its regional wireless operations serving about 4.4 million customers to T-Mobile in August 2025. The firm has agreed to sell most of its remaining spectrum licenses to Verizon and AT&T; however, it will still retain rights to C-band spectrum in several locations after these deals are closed. Array also owns a 5.5% stake in Verizon Wireless' Los Angeles operations and about 4,400 wireless towers.
