Gogo Inc is a broadband connectivity service for the business aviation market. It provides a customizable suite of smart cabin systems for integrated connectivity, inflight entertainment, and voice solutions. Its business segment includes Gogo BA and Satcom Direct. UK-based Livanova was born of a combination between Cyberonics in the US and Sorin in Italy. Following the merger, Livanova divested its cardiac rhythm management, heart valve, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation businesses.
