Gabelli Global Utility & Income Trust is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's objective is to seek a consistent level of after-tax total return. It predominantly invests in stocks of companies involved to a substantial extent in providing products, services, or equipment for the generation or distribution of electricity, gas, or water and infrastructure operations, and in equity securities including preferred securities of companies in other industries, in each case in such securities that are expected to pay periodic dividends.
Frequency Electronics Inc is a world leader in precision time and frequency generation technology, which is incorporated into commercial and U.S. Government satellites, Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Electronic Warfare systems. Its technology is used for a wide range of space and non-space applications. The company has two segments FEI-NY, and FEI-Zyfer. Majority of revenue come from FEI-NY which provides precision time, frequency generation and synchronization products and subsystems that are found on-board satellites, in ground-based communication systems and imbedded in mobile platforms operated by the U.S. military.
