It designs, markets, and distributes small branded electric household and specialty housewares small appliances, as well as commercial products for restaurants, bars, and hotels. It has two operating segments Home and Commercial Products segment includes consumer product revenue consisting of sales of small electric household and specialty housewares appliances whereas the health segment includes lease revenue associated with leases of connected devices to specialty pharmacy networks and pharmaceutical companies, as well as licensing revenue which grant customers the right to use software for healthcare management.
