The Fund's primary investment objective is to generate an attractive total return consisting of a high level of current income and capital appreciation, with a secondary objective of capital preservation. Its Company Stores segment includes the company's retail outlet locations in the United States and Canada. It generates maximum revenue from the Watch and Accessory Brands segment. Geographically, it derives the majority of its revenue from its international locations.
