Fifth Third Bancorp is a midsize regional bank in the US, with total assets of over $210 billion as of December 2025. The bank is set to close its acquisition of Comercia on Feb. 1, 2026. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Fifth Third has a strong presence in the US Midwest and is currently expanding in the US Southeast.
