Frequency Electronics Inc is a world leader in precision time and frequency generation technology, which is incorporated into commercial and U.S. Government satellites, Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Electronic Warfare systems. Its technology is used for a wide range of space and non-space applications. The company has two segments FEI-NY, and FEI-Zyfer. Majority of revenue come from FEI-NY which provides precision time, frequency generation and synchronization products and subsystems that are found on-board satellites, in ground-based communication systems and imbedded in mobile platforms operated by the U.S. military.
