Erasca Inc is a clinical-stage precision oncology company singularly focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies for patients with RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers. Its focused RAS/MAPK pathway pipeline comprises modality-agnostic programs aligned with three therapeutic strategies of: targeting key upstream and downstream signaling nodes in the RAS/MAPK pathway; targeting RAS directly; and targeting escape routes that emerge in response to treatment.
