Equitable Holdings Inc is a financial services company providing retirement, asset management, and wealth management solutions for individual and institutional clients, operating through three segments. The Retirement segment generates the majority of revenue and offers annuities, retirement savings plans, institutional savings products, and includes the spread lending business. The Asset Management segment provides diversified investment management and related services globally through Institutional, Retail, and Private Wealth channels and reflects the business of AB. The Wealth Management segment offers advisory accounts, financial planning and advice, life insurance, and annuity products. Allison Transmission is the largest manufacturer of fully automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
