Operating mainly through its Industrial Tools & Services (IT&S) segment, the company designs, manufactures, and distributes branded tools, and offers maintenance, bolting, machining, joint integrity, and equipment rental services across industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, power generation, and infrastructure. Its key products include hydraulic cylinders, pumps, torque wrenches, and bolt tensioners under the brands ENERPAC and HYDRATIGHT. The company serves customers internationally, with operations in the USA, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and other countries, deriving the majority of its revenue from the USA.
