Its primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations ("CLOs") collateralized by a portfolio consisting of below-investment-grade U.S. senior secured loans with a large number of distinct underlying borrowers across various industry sectors. The Company intends to operate so as to qualify to be taxed as a regulated investment company.
