Darling Ingredients Inc develops and produces sustainable natural ingredients from edible and inedible bio-nutrients for the pharmaceutical, food, pet food, animal feed, industrial, fuel, bioenergy, and fertilizer industries. The Company collects and processes animal by-products and recycled oils into ingredients. It operates through three reportable segments: Feed Ingredients, which generates maximum revenue and includes the collection and processing of animal by-products, used cooking oil, bakery residuals, pet food ingredients, hides, and fertilizers; Food Ingredients, which includes collagen, natural casings, and food-grade fats; and Fuel Ingredients, which includes renewable fuels, biogas, and energy products.
