Community West Bancshares is a bank holding company whose principal business is to serve as the holding company for its wholly-owned subsidiary Community West Bank N.A. Through CWB, the company provides a variety of financial products and full-service Banking Centers within California's Greater Sacramento, San Joaquin Valley, and Central Coast regions, that provide Commercial Lending, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Private Banking, and Cash Management Departments. Northrim BanCorp Inc is a bank holding company operating through three reportable segments: Community Banking, Home Mortgage Lending, and Specialty Finance. The Community Banking segment, which generates the majority of revenue, provides loan and deposit products to business and consumer customers in its market areas. The Home Mortgage Lending segment focuses on the origination and sale of mortgage loans for one-to-four family residential properties, mortgage loan servicing for certain loans sold, and investment in selected residential mortgage loans.
