Community West Bancshares is a bank holding company whose principal business is to serve as the holding company for its wholly-owned subsidiary Community West Bank N.A. Through CWB, the company provides a variety of financial products and full-service Banking Centers within California's Greater Sacramento, San Joaquin Valley, and Central Coast regions, that provide Commercial Lending, Real Estate, Agribusiness, Private Banking, and Cash Management Departments. The company has one reportable segment: Banking operations. Loans and leases, investment securities, interest-bearing deposits and non-interest income provide the revenues of the banking operation.
ACNB Corp is the financial holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, it provides a full range of retail and commercial financial services in Pennsylvania and Maryland through its network of community banking offices. It also provides property, casualty, health, life and disability insurance serving personal and commercial clients through offices in Westminster, Maryland, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and is licensed to do business. The corporation has two reporting segments; the Banking segment which generates the majority of the revenue from banking and wealth management services, including trust and retail brokerage; and ACNB Insurance Services segment which offers a broad range of property and casualty, life and health insurance to both commercial and individual clients.
