CPI Aerostructures Inc is engaged in the manufacturing of structural aircraft parts for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters in both the commercial and defense markets in the United States. It also provides engineering, program management, supply chain management and kitting, and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services. Elauwit Connection Inc is a provider of broadband Internet networks for the multifamily and student housing property sector. It designs, installs, operates, and maintains new fiber-optic and WiFi networks throughout each contracted property. Once installed, property owners begin selling Internet connectivity over Elauwit's network directly to their residents at monthly prices and terms of their choosing.
