Eastern Shore's natural gas transmission is subject to regulation by the FERC, and Peninsula Pipeline and Aspire Energy Express, its intrastate pipeline subsidiaries, are subject to regulation by the Florida PSC and Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, respectively.
