It is focused on unconventional shale formations, prominently the Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale, in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. Additionally, the company operates and develops Coalbed Methane (CBM) properties in Virginia. the company has two reportable segments: Shale and Coalbed Methane.
