CNX Resources Corp is an independent natural gas development, production, midstream and technology company centered in the Appalachian Basin. It is focused on unconventional shale formations, prominently the Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale, in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. Additionally, the company operates and develops Coalbed Methane (CBM) properties in Virginia. the company has two reportable segments: Shale and Coalbed Methane. ESAB, spun off from Colfax in 2022, is a leading manufacturer of equipment and consumables used in welding, cutting, and joining applications.
