At the core of its commerce media platform is the financial media network that it runs within its partners' digital channels, which includes online and mobile applications (the Cardlytics platform). Additionally, it operates an identity resolution platform that utilizes point-of-sale (POS) data, including product-level purchase data, to enable marketers to perform analytics and targeted loyalty marketing and also measure the impact of their marketing (the Bridg platform). It operates in three segments: the Cardlytics platform in the U.S.; the Cardlytics platform in the U.K.; and the Bridg platform. The majority of the revenue is derived from the Cardlytics platform.
High Income Securities Fund is a closed-end management investment company. Its primary objective is to provide high current income and capital appreciation is the secondary objective. The Fund pursues its objective mainly by investing in both convertible bonds and convertible preferred stocks. The Fund also invests significantly in high-yielding non-convertible securities with the potential for capital appreciation.
