It sources digital offers from clients and distributes them via its technology platform, earning revenue when promotions result in consumer transactions. The platform supports offers across grocery and general merchandise categories, including toys, clothing, beauty, electronics, pet, and home products. The majority of its revenues is derived from the fees charged to clients when consumers redeem offers on the IPN by purchasing promoted products.
