Macrogenics Inc is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing antibody-based therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. The company is currently developing therapeutics utilizing multiple modalities, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and multi-specific antibodies (which it refers to as DART and TRIDENT molecules).
