Callaway designs, manufactures, and sells high-performance golf clubs, golf balls, apparel, bags, and other accessories-setting the standard for performance in the game of golf. The company has two operating and reportable business segments: Golf Equipment and Apparel, Gear and Other. Geographically, the company operates in United States, Europe, Asia, and Rest of World, of which it derives maximum revenue from United States.
Park Hotels & Resorts owns upper-upscale and luxury hotels, with 19,902 rooms across 29 hotels in the United States. Park also has an interest through a joint venture in another 1,424 rooms in another US hotel. Park was spun out of Hilton Worldwide Holdings at the start of 2017, so most of its hotels are still under the Hilton brand. The company has sold all its international hotels and many of its lower-quality US hotels to focus on high-quality assets in domestic gateway markets.
