About BOT RoboStrategy Inc. Common Stock

RoboStrategy Inc is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation, principally through capital gains on equity and equity-linked investments in robotics and embodied AI companies. The Fund focuses on private, venture-capital-backed companies with growth potential, many of which are not yet publicly listed or widely accessible to individual investors.

About SABR Sabre Corporation

Sabre holds the number-two air booking volume share in the global distribution system industry. The marketplace segment represented 80% of total 2025 revenue and airline technology solutions 20% of revenue. The company sold its growing hotel IT solutions division to TPG in 2025 for $960 million in net proceeds. Transaction fees, which are mostly tied to volume and not price, account for the bulk of sales and profits.
