About UNTY Unity Bancorp Inc.

Unity Bancorp Inc is a bank holding company that serves as a holding company for Unity Bank. The Company has elected to become a financial holding company pursuant to regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the FRB). The Company's primary business is ownership and supervision of the Bank. The Company and the Bank derive a majority of their revenue from net interest income (i.e., the difference between the interest received on loans and securities and the interest paid on deposits and borrowings).
