The secondary objective of the fund is to seek the preservation of capital. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in senior, secured floating-rate loans. Geographically, it generates the majority of its revenue from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), with the rest coming from the Americas and Asia Pacific.
