The Company provides financial products and services to individuals, professionals, and small to medium-sized businesses through its branch and commercial banking offices serving California. Its lending products consist mainly of construction and land development loans, real estate loans, C&I loans, and consumer loans, and it is a Preferred SBA Lender, while its deposit products consist mainly of demand deposit, money market, and certificates of deposit. The Company operates in one reportable segment, commercial banking.
Huya officially became independent in 2016 and is headquartered in Guangzhou. It operates a live streaming platform focused on games, esports, and interactive entertainment, and also provides game-related services such as distribution and in-game item sales. Its main livestreaming platforms include Huya Live in China and Nimo TV outside of China. Huya is a subsidiary of Tencent, which owned 67% of its equity stake and held 95% of the voting power, as of the end of 2025.
