It directly addresses the pressing challenges facing the U.S. healthcare system by providing safe, high-quality care in the home. The firm provides its services through three segments: Private Duty Services (PDS); Home Health & Hospice (HHH); and Medical Solutions (MS). The Private Duty Services segment generates the majority of revenue, which includes private duty skilled nursing services, non-clinical and personal care services, and pediatric therapy services, and is principally reimbursed by Medicaid and Medicaid MCO.
