Founded in 2012, Affirm is a market leader in the buy-now, pay-later space with around $36 billion in transaction volume in fiscal 2025. Affirm offers both zero-interest financing, which is merchant subsidized, and interest-bearing loans, which function as personal loans that are approved on a per-transaction basis. Carlisle Companies Inc is a holding company that manufactures and sells single-ply roofing products and warranted systems and accessories for the commercial building industry. It operates through two segments: Carlisle Construction Materials and Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies. The majority of revenue comes from Carlisle Construction Materials, and more than half of total revenue is earned in the United States. Carlisle Construction Materials produces premium single-ply roofing products and warranted roof systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC membrane, and polyiso insulation. Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies produces building envelope solutions, including waterproofing, moisture protection products, air/vapor barriers, and spray polyurethane foam systems.
