The Personal Care segment provides non-medical assistance with activities of daily living, mainly to the elderly, chronically ill, and disabled individuals. The Hospice segment provides physical, emotional, and spiritual care for terminally ill patients and their families. The Home Health segment provides medical services to individuals requiring care during illness or recovery. It generates the majority of its revenue from the Personal Care segment.

A portion of the loans originated by the Bank are partially guaranteed by the Small Business Administration under the 7(a) Loan Program and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Energy for America Program, Water and Environmental Program, Business and Industry and Community Facilities loan programs.
