On February 3, 2026, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (the “Registrant”), issued a press release in which it announced financial results for the three-month period ended January 2, 2026. Dividend On February 3, 2026, the Registrant announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on the Registrant’s common stock of $0.71 per share, payable on March 17, 2026, to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2026.
