On January 27, 2026, Seagate Technology Holdings plc (the “Company” or “Seagate”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended January 2, 2026. On January 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.74 per share, which will be payable on April 8, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 25, 2026.
