On January 26, 2026, South Plains Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. On January 26, 2026, officers of the Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, with respect to the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.
