On February 27, 2026, the Registrant issued a press release regarding the registrant’s results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2025. On February 27, 2026, the registrant received notice that after almost 16 years with the Company and 10 years as Vice President of Engineering, pursuant to personal plans, Jeff Morgan will retire and resign his Officer position as of April 30, 2026.
