Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On March 17, 2026, Greystone Housing Impact Investors, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call for investors on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its Fourth Quarter 2025 results. As set forth below, the Partnership is furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Item 8.01 Other Events. On March 17, 2026, in the same press release as noted in Item 2.02 above, the Partnership announced that investor Tax Year 2025 Schedule K-1 forms are available electronically and paper copies will be mailed to investor addresses on file. The Partnership also announced that it filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 16, 2026.
