On August 6, 2025, FS KKR Capital Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing an overview of its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

In the Press Release, the Company announced a cash distribution totaling $0.70 per share, which will be paid on or about October 2, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 17, 2025.

On November 6, 2023, FS KKR Capital Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing an overview of its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
In the Press Release, the Company announced a cash distribution totaling $0.70 per share, which will be paid on or about January 3, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 13, 2023. Additionally, the Company announced special cash distributions totaling $0.10 per share, which will be paid in two equal $0.05 per share installments on or about February 28, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2024, and on or about May 29, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2024. The Company will make available under the “Events + presentation” page within the “Investor relations” section of the Company’s website (www.fskkradvisor.com/fsk) a presentation containing financial and operating information in advance of its previously announced November 7, 2023 conference call.
