Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

​ On October 30, 2025, First Foundation Inc. (“the Company”) issued an earnings release reporting its consolidated financial results as of and for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of that earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.  Additionally, the Company has cancelled its quarterly earnings conference call previously scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 30, 2025. On October 27, 2025, the Company issued a preliminary overview of its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, which was included on slide 45 of the Investor Presentation (the “Preliminary Earnings Information”), which was filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Form 8-K submitted on the same date.  The Preliminary Earnings Information is incorporated herein by reference and provides additional context regarding the Company’s performance and outlook for the quarter.
