Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 28, 2026, First Community Corporation (the “Company”), holding company for First Community Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Company announced that the Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2025. The Company will pay a $0.16 per share dividend to holders of the Company’s common stock. This dividend is payable on February 24, 2026 to shareholders of record as of February 10, 2026.

On October 22, 2025, First Community Corporation (the “Company”), holding company for First Community Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025. The Company announced that the Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2025. The Company will pay a $0.16 per share dividend to holders of the Company’s common stock. This dividend is payable on November 18, 2025 to shareholders of record as of November 4, 2025.
