Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 23, 2024, Datasea Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release setting forth the Company’s anticipated revenue for the six-month period ended December 31, 2023, of its fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
