On February 25, 2026, Dole plc (the "Company") issued a press release disclosing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Form on 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

At 08:00 a.m. Eastern Time on February 25, 2026, the Company will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025.
