On February 12, 2026, the Company issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full year ended December 27, 2025. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.

Included within this current report are non-GAAP financial measures, including non-GAAP Gross Margin/Profit, Net loss and Loss (adjusted earnings) per share, Operating income (loss), Operating Expense, effective tax rate, net cash per share and Adjusted EBITDA that supplement the Company’s Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations prepared under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
