Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 24, 2012, we issued an earnings press release announcing our financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the earnings press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
