Increase in Annual Dividend On September 3, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors approved an increase in the annual cash dividend on its Class A Common Stock from $0.96 to $0.98 per share. A quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.245 per share will be paid on October 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 10, 2025.
